**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Staff Management**:

- Maintain discipline and order among camp residents (workers/staff).
- Monitor daily attendance, behavior, and grievances of camp residents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all staff-related concerns in the camp.
- **Accommodation Oversight**:

- Ensure all rooms or dormitories are clean, organized, and maintained.
- Coordinate room allocations and manage occupancy records.
- Address maintenance issues promptly with the concerned department.
- **Camp Operations & Hygiene**:

- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of common areas, toilets, and dining areas.
- Coordinate pest control, waste management, and hygiene inspections.
- Conduct regular checks to maintain safety and compliance standards.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Maintain daily reports on staff attendance, food supply, complaints, and incidents.
- Liaise with HR/admin departments to update on staff movements, needs, and issues.
- Assist in onboarding of new staff by ensuring smooth camp entry and orientation.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in camp/staff supervision, preferably in manufacturing or hospitality sectors.
- Good communication and people management skills.
- Ability to handle emergency situations and resolve conflicts professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, reports, etc.) is an added advantage.
- Must be disciplined, organized, and physically fit to manage day-to-day camp activities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
