**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision**: Oversee the daily site activities, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure all operations are carried out in a safe, efficient manner.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor site activities to ensure work is completed to high standards and in compliance with industry regulations and company guidelines.
- **Scheduling**: Coordinate work schedules and manage timelines to meet project deadlines.
- **Safety Management**: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols, conduct safety audits, and ensure that all workers comply with safety regulations.
- **Resource Management**: Manage site materials and equipment, ensuring they are used efficiently and cost-effectively.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify potential issues, conflicts, or delays, and work with the project team to find solutions.
- **Reporting**: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to senior management, including updates on timelines, budgets, and key milestones.
- **Client Interaction**: Serve as the main point of contact for clients on-site, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards or relevant industry standards.
- Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and project plans.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
