**Job Title**: Site Supervisor
**Location**:Ahmedabad, Gujarat
**Experience Required**:1-2 Years

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 (In-hand per month)

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day interior construction activities, including flooring, ceiling, partition, fixture, and fitting installations.
- Ensure that all interior work aligns with approved designs, drawings, and specifications.
- Interpret and implement technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD for interior projects.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures at the construction site.
- Oversee material procurement, storage, and utilization to ensure timely availability and mínimal wastage.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design plans.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, site records, and other documentation.
- Resolve on-site technical or operational issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Ensure that all interior finishes, fittings, and installations meet quality standards and client expectations.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in interior construction supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of interior construction materials, methodologies, and finishes.
- Familiarity with safety standards and quality control practices in interior construction.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Willingness to work on-site and travel to different p**roject**locations as required.
