**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN AYUSHMAN BHARAT YOJNA IS MUST**

**Key responsibilities**:

- MEDICO Person will help in training DCs and PMAM on different Medical Packages.
- Help in tracking and resolving the queries of Hospitals.
- Coordinate with TPA/ ISA ensuring claims approval of Hospitals as we will be getting paid only from the claims Paid amount of the hospitals.
- Help in reducing the rejection % of Claims.
- Do meetings with CMO and Medical Superintendent and may help the project in doing more cases related to Medical Facilities availability of the Hospital.
- The MEDICO person will help in coordinating with SACHIS/ SHA Medical Team also.
- Organize routine, periodical and surveillance visits to Govt. Hospitals, Medical Colleges and (Community Health Center) CHCs to ensure that all processes are running as per defined standards.
- Work with the teams across functions and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of claims data to state level on a timely basis.
- Tracking of daily pre-authorization, Claims Initiations and attending the queries raised by SHA appointed Claims Agency.
- Maintaining the quality and timeliness of program data for report generation.
- Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the existing healthcare infrastructure of the Government with the help of appointed District Coordinators and Arogya Mitra of Writer Information.
- To assist reporting team lead for handling the daily operations of claims in Public Hospitals.
- Assist Arogya Mitra in ensuring error free claim processing within turnaround time.
- Assist in hospital investigation.
- Preparing daily MIS.

**Educational Qualifications - (Essential)**

Medical Graduate (MBBS/ BDS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BHMS)

**Professional experience, skills, knowledge, and special expertise required**:
Essential: At least 1 years’ experience in the health/ insurance sector under Ayushman Bharat or any Government related Health Scheme.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Ability to manage teams.
- Strong strategic focus and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively with people at all levels.
- Medical Data analysis and understanding of medical terms.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
