**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage and oversee the company’s social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and competitive analysis.
- **Content Creation**:

- Create, curate, and schedule engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.
- Write and edit copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Interact with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders in the industry.
- Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing social media activities, trends, and key metrics.
- Use insights to optimize content and strategies for better engagement and ROI.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Plan and execute social media campaigns to support marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns across all channels.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- **Trend Awareness**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Recommend new strategies and tactics to enhance the company’s social media presence.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of SEO, web traffic metrics, and social media best practices.
- Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools is a plus.
