Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed patient assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose medical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
- Manage urgent and emergency medical situations effectively.
- Document patient information accurately in medical records.
- Prescribe medications and therapies as necessary.
- Coordinate with specialists for referrals and monitoring.
- Conduct patient rounds and monitor progress.
- Provide health education to patients and families.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in medical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Assist in medical procedures and surgeries when required.
- Respond to hospital emergencies and codes as part of the critical care team.
- Maintain updated knowledge of clinical protocols and best practices.
- Supervise and guide junior medical staff and interns.
- Engage in continuing medical education and training.

Required Qualifications
- MBBS degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in the respective region.
- Experience in clinical settings, preferably in emergency or critical care.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
- Proficiency in electronic medical record systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured environment.
- Commitment to patient care and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required.
