**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and marketing strategies.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their real estate needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- **Property Listings**: Prepare and manage listings of available properties for sale or rent, including accurate descriptions and attractive presentations.
- **Conduct Property Tours**: Arrange and conduct property viewings and open houses to showcase available properties to prospective buyers or renters.
- **Negotiation**: Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, negotiating contracts and terms to ensure a smooth and successful transaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and pricing strategies to provide up-to-date information to clients.
- **Sales and Documentation**: Manage the sales process, including paperwork, agreements, and legal documentation required for property transactions.
- **Follow-up and Client Retention**: Ensure regular follow-up with clients and manage inquiries to convert leads into successful sales or rentals.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with other team members, including real estate agents, brokers, and support staff, to achieve sales targets and company goals.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
