**Job Description**:
Experience in doing production support of L1/L2/L3 category

Ensure that all tickets raised by the Clients are correctly categorized, updated, and properly handled

Demonstrate the highest standards of accountability by effective communication and handling/escalating of all technical and functional issues as and when they occur in a timely manner

Ensure that all tickets are meeting SLAs

Drive a sense of urgency with teams that the ticket has been escalated to

Provide excellent customer service while staying within our internal processes

Willingness to work in rotational shifts during US and European time zones

Contribute to process improvement, knowledge base updation, and lessons learned

Solid troubleshooting skills and passion for problem-solving & investigation

Incident Management

Problem Management

Service Request Fulfilment

Change Request Assessment

High flexibility

**Technical Skills**:

- Strong Core JAVA, C++
- Good experience working on credit card and transaction processing domain
- Good working knowledge of SQL databases
- Good exposure of Automation through Selenium
