Legal Assistant

Prepare, review, and organize real estate legal documents such as **sale deeds, lease agreements, title search reports, MoUs, and contracts**.
- Assist in **due diligence** for property acquisitions, including verifying title ownership and zoning regulations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, external legal counsel, and government authorities on property matters.
- Maintain and organize legal files, contracts, and property records for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Track **key dates** such as agreement expirations, payment schedules, and legal deadlines.
- Draft and format legal correspondence, reports, notices, and other documentation.
- Support in managing **litigation or arbitration cases** related to property issues.
- Assist in ensuring all real estate activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide administrative support to legal counsel as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in a legal assistant or paralegal role, preferably within **real estate or property law**.
- Familiarity with **RERA, property registrations, title due diligence**, and local real estate regulations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and document management systems.
- Attention to detail and high level of confidentiality.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Knowledge of corporate compliance in property transactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple property portfolios.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
