Legal Administrative Assistant

Assist lawyers in preparing legal documents, case files, and correspondence.

Maintain and organize legal records, contracts, and case-related documentation.

Schedule court hearings, maintain the court diary, and manage case records.

Coordinate communication with advocates, government offices, and clients.

Handle data entry, filing, and general office management tasks.

Manage billing, invoices, and office expenses related to legal matters.

Conduct basic legal research and draft routine correspondence.

**Requirements**:
Education: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Law, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience: Prior experience in a legal firm or administrative role is an advantage.

**Skills**:Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal document management software.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills in Marathi, English, and Hindi.

Knowledge of legal procedures and documentation is a plus.
