Job Responsibilities:

- Coordinating sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Tracking sales leads and customer orders.
- Coordinating interdepartmental materials.
- Send introduction letter/Product Catalogue
- Preparing Quotations
- Generate Pro-forma Invoice, Purchase Order and Sales Orders
- Verifying bill of entry, invoice, packing list and preparing Good Receipt Note in the computer system & forward to the client.
- Coordinating with transporter and internal team for dispatches - Transit-time monitoring to ensure on time deliveries, ensuring availability of vehicles
- Monitoring transportation activities.

Responsibilities and Duties
- Payment followup
- Quote orders, processing orders.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Sales coordination: 2 years to 5 years
- Excellent MS-Office

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
