As a Marketing Executive at Continent Industries, you will play a crucial role in executing marketing strategies to promote our products, engage customers, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage IndiaMART account and convert leads into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, conferences, and tradeshows to promote products/services and generate leads.
- Support the development of sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to continuously improve strategies and tactics.
- Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, including setting goals, objectives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
