We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our real estate team. The role involves promoting residential and commercial properties, generating leads, converting inquiries into sales, and executing marketing strategies to drive project visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in clients and follow up on leads.

Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective buyers.

Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Coordinate with brokers, channel partners, and marketing agencies.

Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in real estate sales/marketing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Local market knowledge is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
