**Role**:

- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Google Sheets based on requests from city teams, visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing actionable insights.- Write and execute SQL queries to extract data from our database, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Perform data cleaning and manipulation as needed.- Conduct business analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth. Develop and maintain team performance incentives based on data analysis.- Provide data and insights to support the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning process, ensuring data requirements are fulfilled.- Maintain customer and partner cohorts to understand behavior and trends.- Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving user utilization.- Perform business burn calculations and provide management insights.- Use data to analyze and identify process gaps to improve business numbers.- Drive pilot/dedicated projects and initiatives.- Generate reports and statistical analysis for potential business opportunities.
- Measure and analyze the success of each campaign.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.- Proficient in MySQL (REQUIRED): Ability to write clean and optimized SQL queries.- Ability to identify trends and patterns in data and translate them into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
