**Role Description**:
We are hiring **Business Associates** for a full-time role at **Wikreate organization**. As a Business Associate, you will engage in various tasks, including client servicing, team management, sales, marketing, and training others. This is not just a single-task job; we are looking for individuals who are eager to gain a well-rounded business experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle client servicing and relationship management.
- Manage and lead teams effectively.
- Provide training and development to new recruits.
- Drive sales and marketing initiatives.
- Engage in business development activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Freshers who have graduated in the years **2021, 2022, 2023, 2024**.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in **BBA, BCOM, MCOM, MBA, BE, Diploma**, or equivalent.

**How to Apply**:

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:
