**About the job**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Testing and integration of BMS, Charger and IOTs for electric vehicles.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate sub-systems into electric vehicles
- Perform Root cause analysis (RCA) & develop and execute test plans to validate the performance
- Prepare the test reports and documentation
- Analyze and interpret data to identify areas for improvement and optimize system performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues at customer sites
- Travel to customer sites for on-site integration support and testing

**Key Skills**:

- Strong grasp on the basic concepts of Electrical and Electronics
- Proficiency in documentation tools like word and excel
- Hands on experience of testing tools such as multimeter and DSO
- Proficiency in English communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic experience in soldering (SMT/THC)
- Ability to understand schematics

**Nice to have skills**:

- Knowledge of battery management systems including cell balancing, voltage and temperature monitoring & fault protection.
- Understanding of batteries and types of batteries and knowledge of components.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s / Diploma in Electrical and Electronics
- Preferred industries - Automotive electronics, IOT, Inverters, Charger, Solar
