**Type of Job: Field Job(reporting to Lucknow Office)**

**Must Have Skills**:
Reviewing project proposals and selecting projects that meet the organization’s objectives

Evaluating the success of projects throughout their duration by monitoring key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, resource utilization, budget compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction

Ensuring that project management standards are followed to ensure quality results

Coordinating communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure project goals are met

Evaluating the feasibility of a project proposal to determine whether it is worth pursuing

Managing the project team, including hiring and firing team members as needed

Working with external stakeholders to ensure effective communication with them during the planning and implementation process

Identifying risks associated with a project and developing contingency plans to mitigate them

Establishing a budget for the project, including all costs associated with the project’s duration

**Salary**: ₹9,300.99 - ₹35,777.33 per month

- Morning shift

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
