Project Coordinator

**Job Summary**: The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing, organizing, and coordinating project activities to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. They support the project team in tracking progress, coordinating resources, and handling communication between stakeholders, while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning and Scheduling**:
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and schedules.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring they align with project goals.
- Coordinate resources and personnel to optimize workflow and meet project objectives.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, team members, and clients.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting meeting minutes.
- Maintain open communication channels, providing timely updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:
- Organize and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, records, and project files.
- Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Manage version control and ensure all project documents are up to date.
- **Budget and Resource Management**:
- Assist in tracking project budgets, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
- Coordinate resource allocation to maintain project timelines and quality.
- Identify resource gaps and communicate them to project leadership.
- **Risk Management**:
