Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient project execution.

2. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise.

3. Adapt project scope or timeline as needed to achieve project goals.

4. Assign roles and tasks to team members based on their strengths and abilities.

5. Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

7. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

2. Minimum 8 years of experience in construction project management.

3. Experience in handling minimum 2 projects individually.

4. Proficiency in AutoCAD design software.

5. Strong understanding of construction methodologies and practices.

6. Experience with Railway building infrastructure or building projects is mandatory.

7. Excellent time management and organizational skills.

8. Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

9. Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

10. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 10 years (required)
- End to End Project Execution: 8 years (required)
- Railway Based Project: 8 years (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (preferred)
