The Technical Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate various technical projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves working closely with project managers, technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication, manage resources, and maintain project documentation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in the development of project plans, including defining project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and information across multiple teams.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes for project-related meetings.
- **Communication and Stakeholder Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between technical teams, project managers, and clients.
- Communicate project status updates, issues, and risks to all stakeholders regularly.
- Facilitate collaboration and communication between cross-functional teams.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
- Basic technical knowledge related to IT infrastructure, software development, or other technical domains.
