The HR Business Partner is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing employee and industrial relations. This role involves collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations.- Monitor and update HR policies to reflect changes in legislation.- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to statutory requirements.- Address employee grievances and provide effective resolutions.- Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives.- Support performance management processes and employee development.- Develop a local engagement strategy based on employee feedback to optimize employee engagement, addressing hot spots and recognizing areas of excellence.- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.- Support the development of leadership and management skills within the organization.
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HRBP role.- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws and regulations.- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.- Experience in managing employee and industrial relations.- Previous experience in a similar HRBP role.- Familiarity with collective bargaining and union negotiations.
