We are seeking a self-motivated person with specialization in marketing communication and content creation. This entry-level position is ideal for someone
the department, contributing to effective communication strategies, donor engagement, and the organization of key events.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fundraising Support: Research for the relevant prospective donors from various perspectives including CSR, Institutional, Sponsors etc.
- Event Management: Assist in the execution of events, including coordination of logistics, managing registrations, and supporting promotional activities.
- Digital Media: Should have basic understanding of Digital Media Marketing and social media platforms.
- MIS Management: Should be able to maintain the MIS and update it as per the happenings in the department.
- Media Management: Assist in preparing the drafts of media briefs, press releases, and promotional materials. Help manage media relationships by maintaining the MIS for the relevant journalists and other media representatives.
- Designing: With inputs, creating the communication materials following the organizational templates but creatively designing or drafting materials which is appealing and apt for the targeted audience.

**Requirements**:

- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Communications (preferred), Public Relations, or related field.
- Past Internship or work experience in communications, public relations, or event management is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting and take initiative on individual tasks.
