**About the Vertical**:We are seeking a talented Communications Professional to assist us as we grow our brand by creating original content, implementing strategies, conducting social media analysis and managing our social media presence. We are looking for a creative thinker who has excellent attention to detail and their finger on the pulse of social media. You will demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills and have experience in social media analysis. You will be a team player who provides feedback to internal teams on the success of social media campaigns. You will understand the target audience and have a firm grasp on online engagement.
- Research, create, edit and share engaging social media content on all our social media platforms including Linkedin, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc on a daily basis.
- Be able to amplify the reach of DA's social media both organically and inorganically.
- Identify insights and social media trends of campaigns through social media analytics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create content for social media and newsletters.
- Monitor brand consistency in all organisational communication content.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and engage with communities on social media.
- Edit stories, reports and publications and upload them on DA website.
- Support in other communication deliverables.
- Be able to create/edit social media 60 sec vidoes.
- Be able to design posts.
- Have quick turn around for creating stories for social media.
- Create fundraising stories for social media.
- Manage external digital platforms-Website/blog/ social media.
- Create / analysis one weekly basis performance of social media.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
- Well understanding of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube.
- A creative mindset with a will to think out-of-the-box to create engaging content.
- Fair understanding of social media /digital analytics.
- A team player who is willing to work with various internal stakeholders.
