**Job Summary**:
The Fellow in Ophthalmology will work under the supervision of senior consultants and surgeons, gaining hands-on experience in clinical evaluation, diagnostics, and surgical procedures. This fellowship aims to enhance the fellow’s clinical acumen and surgical skills in a structured and academic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in outpatient and inpatient eye care services.
- Perform comprehensive ophthalmic evaluations under supervision.
- Participate in and assist with surgical procedures (e.g., cataract, LASIK, retina, glaucoma).
- Maintain accurate patient records and follow-up care.
- Participate in academic activities including case presentations, journal clubs, and clinical audits.
- Provide emergency ophthalmic care as required.
- Contribute to research and publications if applicable.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- MS/MD/DNB in Ophthalmology from a recognized institution.
- Fresh postgraduates or those with limited post-PG experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in developing subspecialty expertise (e.g., cornea, retina, glaucoma).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Duration**:
6 months to 1 year (extendable based on performance and hospital requirements).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
