**Can able to handle customer call on call and able to solve there issues**
- Order processing on behalf of client.
- Filing claims and disputes on e-commerce platforms.
- Responsible for prompt and effective E-mail communication with customers.
- Providing support to customers, addressing queries and concerns through various channels.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns with teams involved in order management to ensure efficient processing, smooth delivery, and hassle-free returns or exchanges.
- RTO claims
- Win back calls to customer
- Should be responsible for product listing on our official website.
- Good communication skills, fluent English speaking and writing.
- Quick learner self-motivated.
- Inventory management on all channel
