**Position Overview**:
As a Content Marketer at Motadata, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing content strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and engage our target udience. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills,and the ability to create compelling and impactful content

**Roles & Responsibility**:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product) to identify content needs across the User's journey (awareness, consideration, decision).

Produce high-quality, engaging content in various formats, including:
Blog posts optimized for search engines (SEO) and aligned with brand guidelines.

Whitepapers and case studies showcasing Motadata's solutions and value proposition.

Compelling website content, ensuring clarity and user-friendliness.

Technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

Engaging social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) fostering community and brand presence.

Conduct thorough research on relevant industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform content creation and thought leadership.

Leverage data-driven insights to refine content strategy and optimize performance.

Plan and execute content marketing campaigns aligned with product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

Manage and grow Motadata's social media presence through strategic content sharing, community engagement, and social media monitoring.

Analyse content performance metrics (website traffic, user engagement, social media engagement) and report on results to stakeholders.

Continuously refine and optimize content based on data analysis and evolving industry trends.

Collaborate and partner with external writers & agency to produce content at scale and manage it well.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Proven experience as a Content Marketer in the IT industry.

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

Strong understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.

Experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.

Familiarity with analytics tools to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions.

Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.

Any form of technical education in digital marketing is a plus.

Exposure to SaaS companies is advantageous.
