Overview:
The Content Marketer is a messaging professional on the front lines of today’s content formats, using exceptional writing skills, a mind for the customer, versatile content delivery formats, and energized creativity to truly represent Hubilo through creative deliverables. This position requires a high level of daily collaboration with fellow content team members, growth team, public relations team, social media team and community, design team, events team, and the wider Hubilo organization to transform ideas and requests into compelling and provocative messaging most relevant to our company’s audiences.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple requests and content demands simultaneously and a high degree of emotional intelligence and critical thinking to receive, assess, craft, and execute upon content aligned with marketing campaigns and branding. Project management, time management, an eye for detail, and problem-solving skills are essential. Deep knowledge of today’s content tools and formats is required.
While they need to be able to work independently, the Content Marketer also knows the importance of delivering an incredible customer experience - internally as well as externally - to reach business goals. And, perhaps most important of all, the Content Marketer knows how to have fun while using the content marketing landscape of today (and tomorrow) to give Hubilo the most effective presence possible in the event tech ecosystem.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Ideate and create compelling content aligned with Hubilo’s marketing and product messaging for our target audiences and geographies.
- Copywrite, optimize, edit, review, revise, and finalize Hubilo’s marketing content.
- Work with a robust martech stack of tools for project management, writing, research, creativity, collaboration, and office administration. Experience with Ahrefs or SEMrush, Google Analytics, marketing automation (i.e. Hubspot, Marketo), Asana, and/or GSuite are preferred. Experience in Webflow and Mutiny is appreciated.
- Collaborate with Hubilo’s growth team to craft compelling messaging through content briefs to be published across digital mediums for achieving conversions throughout the marketing funnel.
- Reinforce Hubilo’s brand through precise use of our voice, style, and other branding elements.
- Track and use insights from regular reports of content performance including page views, CTA conversions, readability scoring, Grammarly tone scoring, and best-performing formats of content delivered.
- Analyze data to improve upon tested content formats to ensure Hubilo’s content evolves and adapts for maximum results.
- Stay informed with current content marketing trends.

**Qualifications**:
- Compelling copywriting skills versatile in storytelling, creativity, and casual voice/tone (plus formal when the occasion arises).
- Intermediate proficiency with content research, SEO optimization, demand generation, and lead generation.
- Capabilities in product marketing and sales enablement preferred.
- Skill in reporting and analytics: know how to grab relevant metrics for content deliverables, analyze the data, and recommend/execute changes based on your analysis.
- Exceptional organizational skills: ability to manage and track various requests and departmental needs for content creation.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Robust knowledge of integrated content marketing tactics and channels.
- Strong written and oral English and interpersonal skills that cultivate strong partnerships across teams.
- A growth mindset and the ability to be flexible and positive when given feedback.
