**Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Support: Coordinate with the sales team with day-to-day operations including managing schedules, preparing sales documents, and maintaining client records.
- Coordinate Meetings: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for the sales team. Ensure that all necessary arrangements are made in advance.
- Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
- Follow-up: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and other relevant information using CRM software or other tools.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, activities, and pipeline status for management review.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to support sales initiatives and achieve team goals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
