**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Individual with an accounting background. The role involves verifying payments from customers, working closely with the accounts team for reconciliation, maintaining payment records, and ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and track daily customer payments.
- Reconcile payment records with accounts entries.
- Coordinate with CRM and Sales teams for payment confirmations.
- Maintain and update payment tracking sheets.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management.
- Document and file payment proofs.
- Follow up on discrepancies and missing payment details.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Graduate in Commerce or Accounting (B.Com, M.Com or equivalent).
- 2-4 years of experience in payment handling or accounting support.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting tools (Tally, ERP, etc.).
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior experience in real estate or service industry is a plus.

Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
