**About the Role**:
The payments executive in Express Global Logistics is responsible for managing payments in the credit team. The executive will be responsible for timely payments to vendors, vendor registration, reconciliation, process improvement and reporting. The executive will report to the payments manager.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Generate vendor bills and process payments to third party vendors
- Process employee reimbursements and administrative payments
- Register new vendors and ensure their bank details are correct
- Process payments based on the pre-defined SLA and assist resolve any bank reconciliation related queries
- Manage vendor master such as Bank Details, Vendor Name, KYC documents etc.
- Manage creditor reconciliation activities
- Ensure automation of Payments using the ERP system
- Documentation of SOPs for the payments team
- Coordinate with banks to ensure payments are processed on time using best practices

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or post graduate in commerce or finance
- The applicant must have at least 1 - 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Strong Excel skills and ability to learn new ERP is important
- Experience in logistics industry is a plus
