**Position Overview**

The Accounts Reconciliation Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records by reconciling accounts, investigating discrepancies, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders. The role plays a critical part in maintaining financial compliance and supporting the e-commerce platform's operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Account Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records in a timely manner.

**Payment Processing**:

- Verify and record payments received from customers and to vendors.
- Ensure proper allocation of payments against invoices or purchase orders.

**E-commerce Financial Operations**:

- Reconcile payment gateway transactions (e.g., GPay, PhonePe, Paytm).
- Handle refunds, chargebacks, and disputes with payment partners.
- Track cash flow and settlements from marketplaces and D2C Website (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa,).

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular reconciliation reports for management review.
- Identify trends and recurring issues to improve processes.

**Compliance and Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing reconciliation reports and supporting documentation.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the finance, operations, and customer service teams to resolve accounting issues.
- Liaise with banks, payment gateways, and vendors for query resolution.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in account reconciliation, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books).
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment gateways.
- Familiarity with GST reconciliation and other tax compliance in India.
- Knowledge of ERP systems.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
