**Job Title: IT Recruiter**
- **Experience Range**: 1-2 years

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sourcing Strategy**: Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including networking, internet recruiting, social media, employee referrals, and market mapping.
- **Metrics and Performance**: Measure staffing performance metrics, including time-to-fill, hiring manager satisfaction, and requisition aging.
- **Interviewing**: Conduct competency-based interviews and assessments.
- **Selection Process**: Facilitate the entire selection process, from requisition management to offer management.
- **Innovation**: Recommend and implement innovative sourcing plans and processes.
- **External Search Firms**: Manage relationships with external search firms.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Relevant degrees such as Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, or related fields.
- **Skills**:

- Role design and competencies
- Sourcing and mining techniques
- Current trends in social sourcing
- Networking
- Understanding of state and federal hiring laws

**Desired Experience**:

- Identifying and selecting top talent across various roles.
- Upholding high standards for skills and cultural fit.
- Representing the company with integrity and professionalism.

**Salary**: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
