- Analysing open items &
Correspondences with the Commercial team for clarification and closure

Operations:
Support the Associate Manager
- Cash Application in the day to day operations activities
Liaise with Commercial team for timely information on remittances received from customers
Monitor all open work items & Resolve all open issues
Ensure completion of tasks as per the performance TAT’s set by the management
% unapplied cash receipts
Process Improvements
Ability to identify gap’s in the existing OTC processes
Suggesting improvements to AR-Associate Manager where opportunities exist Change Requests/Initiatives logged by the team

- Provide responses to queries raised by to internal/external stakeholders
