IT Application Integrator

The Applications Integration specialist is a key member of the Global Applications Solution group. Their primary responsibility is to execute tasks for both the integration of applications into the application ecosystem and the separation of applications from it.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Application assessment, rationalization related integration, migration, and separation plans as part of a strategic initiative.
- Collaborate with solutions team and stakeholders to develop application integration plan based on rationalization decisions during strategic events.
- Participate in the rationalization and integration of applications to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Work closely with subject-matter experts to strategize and deliver application integration activities.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including Solution Delivery, Infrastructure, Operations, Security, and Applications Managed Services vendors.
- Serve as a skilled adviser and subject-matter specialist in the development, support, and socialization of standard processes for the delivery of Applications.
This role requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT applications and systems delivery. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Ability to lead, manage, and interact professionally with diverse resources is necessary. Willingness and ability to travel are also required.
The successful candidate will be able to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and compelling narratives. Experience working independently and as part of virtual teams is desired.
