Job Opportunity:

A strategic leader is sought to spearhead the IT application support function and manage a skilled team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overall ownership of application production support for IT applications
  • Lead Application Support L1&L2 across applications from an end-user perspective
  • Foster, maintain, and lead a capable IT application support team
  • Ensure well-documented SOP/checklist and execution as per expected timelines
  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team for disaster recovery of applications
  • Promote adherence to expected SLAs, turnaround time requirements linked to incidents, changes, problems in production
  • Manage application deployment in production
  • Prioritize and lead application support teams' workload
  • Oversight and management of the Problem Management Process
  • Maintenance of application monitoring, performance tuning, and testing
  • Provide input to implementation, backup, and rollback plans
