**Responsibilities**:

- Initiate outgoing calls to customers with overdue accounts in order to negotiate payment arrangements.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and overdue payments in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer issues or disputes related to payment collection.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities and communications with customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding debt collection practices and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, finance, and customer service to ensure effective resolution of collection issues.
- Provide regular updates on collection activities and progress to management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a collections or debt recovery environment.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to effectively communicate payment terms and resolve payment disputes.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet collection targets.
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct in dealing with sensitive financial information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices is a plus.

**Salary -** Rs. 30k to 35k
