**Job Summary**: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service to support our company's goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
- **Inbound Calls**: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and data collection.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions in our CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up on leads and previous calls to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
- **Script Adherence**: Follow provided scripts and guidelines while also being able to handle conversations flexibly based on customer responses.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- **Achieve Targets**: Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets related to call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or customer service are a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
