**Job Title**: Tamil Telecaller

**Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound and Inbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide them with relevant information.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate clearly and effectively in Tamil to understand customer needs.
- Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- **Sales and Promotion**:

- Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the company.
- **Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with their queries and resolve any issues they may have.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, and promotions.
- **Data Management**:

- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including the nature of the call, customer feedback, and sales made.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Gather customer feedback to improve products, services, and processes.
- Report customer issues and complaints to the relevant departments for resolution.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in Tamil (both written and spoken); basic English is an added advantage.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain products/services clearly.
- **Customer Service Orientation**: Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- **Sales Acumen**: Experience in sales or a strong persuasive ability is preferred.
- **Computer Skills**: Basic knowledge of computer operations, including MS Office and CRM software.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage time effectively and meet targets.

**Education**:

- **Minimum Qualification**: High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).

**Additional Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a telecalling or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Availability**: Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
- **Personality**: Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle stress.
