**Duties/Responsibilities**:
Perform the Administration duties and tasks as listed herein.

Provide cross department support to the engineering, document control, quality, project management and sales teams in creating, updating, and maintaining project documentation to be delivered to customers.

Provide cross department support to the engineering, document control and project management teams in creating and maintaining accurate records in the ERP (AX) and CRM systems.

Support in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of project-related documents and tasks to meet customer and colleague expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Documentation Support**:

- Collaborate with project management teams to update project-specific documentation for customer deliverables, including but not limited to project procedures and project quality plans.
- Assist project management in recording and internal processing of customer agreed variations to existing project scope.
- Support with the revision and updating of Manufacturing Data Books

**Engineering Documentation Support**:

- Assist with project set up logging heaters in the serial number register and creating items and BOMs in ERP per Engineer requirements.

**Document Management**:
Under the supervision of the Document Control Manager
- Support document control to maintain an organized document management system, ensuring version control and easy access to project documents.
- Support document control manager in the logging, distribution, and delivery of project documentation to customers as per project timelines.

**Sales Department Support**:

- Logging in of customer enquiries on to the CRM system / acknowledging to customer / notifying the Sales Manager responsible.
- Conversion of quotes to Projects in CRM when Purchase Orders’s are awarded and updating project’s CRM and documents when PO’s are updated.

**Customer Communication**:
This role operates within the Business Support department, with a primary focus on document creation, update and data management.
- Occasional communication and collaboration with customers may be necessary to assist in performing key responsibilities.

**Process Improvement**:

- Be alert to opportunities to streamline and improve tasks and processes that you support / have responsibilities within.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
