As an IT Administrator, you should be able to handle first-point escalation for all technical and process issues.
- Good working knowledge of the AWS Environment and various resources
- Work with IT management to ensure systems are in compliance with overall IT policies and standards.
- Advanced knowledge of configuring and managing group policies
- Data Archiving and backup and data purging as per need and compliance.
- Evidence collection for audits and documentation of all activities performed and recorded.
- High ethics, and ability to protect confidential information.
- Update and maintain knowledge base for new security incidents and docs.
- Creation of daily status report sheet and submission to team lead for review.
- Troubleshooting non-reporting devices and maintaining device status reporting.
- Troubleshooting issues occurred on daily health checks & system notifications
- Creating change request tickets for admin activities, issues, and incidents.
- Resolve customer-reported issues while working closely with other multi-functional teams
- Determine priority levels while negotiating and setting expectations with customers

**Qualifications**:

- Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Should have good knowledge of Virtualization, Server Administration, Cloud concepts & Networking.
- Good verbal/written communication skills.
