MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main role of the Logistics Manager is to supervise the planning and movement of

Monitoring supplier and freight forwarder activities, ensuring products reach

OUR WAREHOUSE on time.

The Logistics Manager is also responsible for directing, optimizing, and coordinating the full order cycle,

liaising, negotiating, and maintaining good relationships with suppliers, manufacturers ensuring

products are delivered on time.

The Logistics Manager will lead a team to manage the order cycle so as to enhance business

Development, and ensuring sustainability.

For this role, you should have good knowledge of the market along with solid analytical skills to make

sure you are identifying the most profitable channels for obtaining supplies. A proven record of

successful distribution and logistics management, ability to lead and manage a team and excellent

problem solving and organisation skills.

An important component of this role is to comply with all the legal requirements associated with

Broadly your duties will include:

- In collaboration with the Operations Manager to develop the strategic plan for our global

logistic network.
- Manage a small team to drive improvements in the logistic function for Medsurge.
- Work closely with other managers across Medsurge, including the supply chain team,
- Keep updated with all supplier correspondence and actively seek out alternate suppliers

when products are unavailable. Source alternate products, ensuring delays are

minimized.
- Answer and respond to general inquiries from suppliers or transportation

companies in a professional and courteous manner at all times

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
