**Responsibilities**

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network components, Servers, security appliance like Firewall, Access control and time attendance machine, CCTV ( Analogue and IP ), Phone systems.

Proficiency in website hosting ,Domain, DNS, Renewal Management, Mail and user Management, Google workspace (Admin-Knowledge)

AWS, Microsoft Azure web services.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner

Implement security measures to protect system data and ensure user privacy

Provide technical support to end-users, both in person and remotely

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights

Develop and maintain documentation for systems, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role

Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and system administration

Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems

Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to Relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Relocate before starting work (required)
