Experience: Minimum 2 years in Social Media Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Scheduling**:
Create visually appealing and engaging content tailored to each platform (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook).
Develop a content calendar to plan and schedule posts in advance.
Stay updated with industry trends to ensure content remains relevant.

**Account Management**:
Monitor and manage the clients' YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook accounts.
Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster community engagement.
Maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.

**Audience Growth and Engagement**:
Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and engagement.
Collaborate with the creative team to design and execute effective ad campaigns.
Foster relationships with influencers and partners for collaborations.

**Analytics and Reporting**:
Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Prepare regular reports showcasing key metrics and insights.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for better results.

**Client Communication**:
Serve as the main point of contact between the agency and clients.
Conduct regular client meetings to discuss strategy, progress, and results.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Compliance and Trend Awareness**:
Stay informed about platform policies and ensure content adheres to guidelines.
Keep up-to-date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
