**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Customer Sales Executive** to join our growing team. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to handle US-based clients through cold calling and outbound sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct cold calls and outbound sales to US-based clients.
- Explain products/services and generate potential sales opportunities.
- Maintain a high volume of calls and follow-ups to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve business goals.
- Update CRM with call logs, sales progress, and customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year** of experience in **cold calling, outbound sales, or telemarketing**.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Ability to handle objections, rejections, and negotiations effectively.
- **Sales-driven mindset** with strong persuasion skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive work approach.
- Experience in handling **US-based clients** is preferred.
- Prior experience in **B2B/B2C sales** is a plus.
- Familiarity with **CRM tools** and sales tracking.
- Comfortable working **night shifts (US hours)**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
