Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product features, pricing, account management, and technical issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy.

Collaborate with other departments, including sales, product development, and technical support teams, to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using our CRM system.

Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or management for further assistance.

Proactively follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.

Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information and support to customers.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
