
Restaurant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day activities in the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by interacting with guests, addressing their concerns or complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise promptly and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies. Place orders with suppliers as needed, ensuring proper stock rotation and minimizing wastage.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of restaurant staff, providing feedback on areas of improvement and recognizing outstanding performance.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and guidelines. Implement any changes or updates communicated by the management.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software, POS systems, and other relevant technology.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
