**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver lectures and seminars in English Literature, Language, Communication Skills, or related fields.
- Design, update, and evaluate course content, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and presentations.
- Engage in scholarly research and publish in peer-reviewed journals.
- Participate in curriculum development and departmental meetings.
- Mentor and support students academically and professionally.
- Organize and participate in workshops, conferences, and guest lectures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment in and beyond the classroom.

**Eligibility Criteria**
- **Ph.D. in English** or **NET qualified (as per UGC norms)** - _Mandatory_
- Strong academic record and relevant teaching or industry experience (5-10 years preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in academic writing, curriculum development, or e-learning platforms is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,026.85 - ₹80,000.75 per month
