**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate discussions in undergraduate English courses.
- Develop course materials, syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments in accordance with the curriculum.
- Conduct internal assessments, set question papers, and evaluate answer scripts.
- Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and extra-curricular literary activities.
- Engage in scholarly research and contribute to academic publications.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and college events.
- Mentor and support students in their academic and career development.
- Maintain updated knowledge in the field of English language and literature.
- Perform other academic and administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department/Principal.

**Qualifications**:

- **Essential**:

- Master’s Degree in English (M.A.).
- Preference would be given to **NET qualified (National Eligibility Test)** or possess a Ph.D. in English as per UGC regulations.
- **Desirable**:

- Ph.D. in English or related discipline.
- Experience in teaching at the undergraduate level.
- Publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Proficiency in digital teaching tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.

**Remuneration**:up to 25000

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
