**Qualification and experience requirements: Qualified/ Semi Qualified - CAs/ CMAs or experienced BCom/ MCom grads with audit experience.**
- Work with the Audit Team to execute various Audit related services for clients.
- Be a part of team in large assignments and might have to lead small / medium audit teams. Handle team in each audit assignment and guiding the team members in the assignment.
- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/Internal audits/ Management audits etc.
- Working knowledge of Indian GAAP/ IFRS /USGAAP accounting services, Internal Financial Control Reporting and related services for clients.
- To identify the ROMM's related to each client and documentation related to each audit assignment.
- Conducting Reviews of the work done by Audit team and reporting to Partners.
- To be updated with all the amendments to the applicable laws.
- Verification of Financial Statements & Consolidation Working as per the requirement of the clients.
- Ensuring Compliances related to Ind-AS, Accounting Standards, Standards on Auditing, CARO 2016, Schedule III, Schedule II, Companies Act 2013.
- Perform/Regulate Statutory Audit for clients as per standard Audit Practices and Legal Regulations.
- Should be a team player with a proactive & result oriented approach for conducting internal/compliance audit, concurrent audit, management & system audit, Enterprise Risk Management Audit, Operations Audit, Sox Audit, due diligence, etc.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
