**Company Profile**:RAMA is boutique consulting firm having expertise in the field of Risk & Business Advisory, Statutory Audits, Direct & Indirect Taxes, ERP Implementations, Management Assurance & Corporate Finance across varied industries for reputed corporates within India, US and UAE.**
The role will primarily involve executing or managing client engagements in the Audit & Taxation Domain. This is a leadership role encompassing all the aspects of practice management i.e. execution & implementation, Resource Management & Development, clients-management and business prospecting via by active business development efforts.
**Key Job Deliverables**
- Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ IND As/ Indian GAAP/ IFRS/ accounting services.
- Ability to independently execute statutory audit, tax audit, consolidation audit and other attestation services.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in accounting and auditing standards and ensure that the audit team is appropriately trained.
- Assist in the development and implementation of audit policies, procedures, and methodologies.
**Desired Profile**:
- Having Good knowledge on Statutory audits, Tax Audits, IFRS and IND AS Audits.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- CA with 15-20 years. of post qualification experience in Above Domain.
- Should have work experience with reputed professional firm specialized in Tax and Audit Services.
- Self-motivated, innovative, deadline driven, willingness to travel and meet the deadlines.
Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year
